Maggie Anderson
I’ve been teaching various styles of Yoga since 2002- from Power, Anusara Inspired, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, Flow, to Hatha, Yin and Restorative. My classes are opportunities to cultivate a deeper awareness and sense of belonging in our bodies, minds, and communities. I love to create non-intimidating spaces for all bodies to feel comfortable to be themselves, without judgement. I aim to offer therapeutic embodiment experiences that meet students where they are, and empower them to do what feels best for them from moment to moment. I’m passionate about helping fitness and movement spaces be more inclusive and accessible, offering a variety of choice-based options to meet individual needs. We will use conscious breath, mindful movement, and deep stillness to explore the human experience together.
